Using Filstero
Features and availability may change. Keep your own copies of important documents and application records. Any pricing and payment terms are presented before you choose to purchase a subscription.
Free and Pro subscriptions
Free tools and optional paid Pro subscriptions are available. Pro billing periods are weekly, monthly or every three months. The price, currency, applicable taxes and renewal period are shown before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle is the merchant of record; its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
Cancel renewals through Plans and billing or the link in your Paddle subscription email. Your paid Pro access continues until the end of the paid period shown in your account. Cancelling does not automatically refund earlier charges. See our refund policy for how to request a review.
A plan change that requires payment shows the amount for you to confirm before charging you. Changing plans does not erase recorded AI usage. Pro AI features are subject to fair use and safeguards against abuse. Storage and feature allowances are shown in the product; keep your own copies of important files.
Your account and information
Use your own account, keep sign-in details and access codes private, and provide information you have the right to share. Do not use someone else’s identity, upload malicious content, attempt to access another person’s information or interfere with the service.
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You allow Filstero and its service providers to store and process it as needed to deliver the features you use, as described in our privacy policy.
Job information and applications
Filstero helps organize a job search; it is not an employer or a guarantee of eligibility, interviews or employment. Job information can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Check the employer’s current listing and requirements before applying.
Review extracted resume details, suggestions and autofilled information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Saving a job or opening an application link does not submit an application. Third-party websites have their own terms and processes.
Fastlane and autofill require desktop Chrome and the optional Filstero extension. Supported forms vary by employer; sign-in, CAPTCHA, new questions, declarations and some uploads may need your input. You make the final Submit click. Using Fastlane can share selected files and details with an employer before submission, as explained in our privacy policy.
AI suggestions can be inaccurate and must not invent your experience or qualifications. AI processing requires the separate permission shown in the product. Agreeing to these terms does not replace that permission.
Availability and ending access
We may suspend access to investigate misuse or security problems, or discontinue the service. You can stop using Filstero at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Data handling and retention are explained in the privacy policy.
We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
